His teaching experience includes teaching to MBBS, MD (Medicine), DM (Neurology) classes.As per the fellowship is concerned he is Life Member/Fellow, Association of Neuroscientists of Eastern India alongwith Life Member, Neurological Society of India .
He is Ex-Director, Dean, Prof & HOD Neurology, IGIMS, Patna. He is 1st person from undivided state of Bihar & Jharkand to obtain D.M. Degree in Neurology.He Established the Department of Neurology at IGIMS Patna and rose to the level of Director. As per the medical training is concerned ,he completed MBBS fom IMS, BHU, Varanasi in 1980 along with MD (Medicine) from IMS, BHU, Varanasi in 1983 and DM (Neurology) from IMS, BHU, Varanasi in 1985. Previously he was working as Assistant Professor Neurology JIPMER, Pondicherry & Ass/Assoc/Addl Prof & Head Unit III at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad.
